These NATURAL cherry products feature the latest in European color research, resulting in a red maraschino and a deep dark, tree ripe colored Bordeaux that will remain rich and vibrant in your products! The innovation of our NATURAL RED and NATURAL BORDEAUX cherries extends our dairy ingredient line of products. This line consists of the traditional red maraschino, all natural Dark Sweet Frozen, a Non-bleed Red, the classic Bordeaux along with sugar free Red Maraschino and Bordeaux cherries. We feature; high quality cherries, sulfite free, with ultra high pit standards that are Kosher approved from our AIB “superior” rated production facilities. The tradition of innovation continues with the introduction of dried fruits. This new product line of sweet cherries, strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, and other fruits are being developed for our baking, snack food, and confection customers. These products join a line of fruit products that include glacé (cherries and pineapple) and cherry juice concentrate. .
